I think it would be better to have a little more strawberry swirl. It was definitely not as swirled as the picture. Seemed to take quite awhile (at least overnight) for it to chill enough to slice cleanly. Then again, maybe I should have let it cool longer first because it seemed to crack a little on top once it was done.
